- Choose a date and time, and stick to it. Trying to accommodate everyone’s schedule is not only stressful, it is impossible. It is not uncommon for someone to have an event that will conflict with your party, and that is to be expected. Simply set a date and a time, and go from there!

- Plan the entertainment. If you have a specific choice of entertainment, it is important to book as far in advance as possible to ensure that you have your choice. If you are planning for multiple forms of entertainment, be sure to schedule them so that they don’t overlap.
