The In Transit Band has performed at nearly every country club, upscale hotel, and music venue in the Pittsburgh area.

Founded in 1995 by brothers, Dave and Bill, the In Transit Band has performed at nearly every country club, upscale hotel, and music venue in the Pittsburgh area. Collectively, the brothers have played for over 1,000 special events, galas, and wedding clients. Although In Transit most often entertains in the Pittsburgh area, the band has traveled to neighboring states for corporate clients who consider In Transit’s contribution to be unique and essential to the success of their event.In Transit is a “Set Group” meaning that the same core musicians appear at all of In Transit performances. This ensures that the band sounds “tight” and “well rehearsed.” The In Transit Band members are professional musicians with extensive experience, training, and credit in the music industry. Members of In Transit have shared the stage with such national acts as Aretha Franklin, Celine Dion, Frankie Valli, Wild Cherry, and many other well-known acts. They were carefully selected for their talent, skill, and reliability.

In Transit meets the growing demand of the contemporary bride and special events clients by having the option of adding a female vocalist. The addition of a female vocalist provides a refreshing blend of youthful appeal and spectacular pop hits from such modern artists as Adele, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, and Pink to name a few.
