We Organize Every Detail

Entertainment Unlimited provides all of the services and handles all of the details of your event when we book a national act.
We:

• Contact the national act’s management team
• Negotiate the contract
• Take care of the logistics by organizing transportation and hotels
• Create a schedule of events for the day that includes a Meet & Greet with the act and the client

You are responsible for all fees associated with the national act, which can include the booking fee, lodging, food, transportation and staging, lighting, and audio.

On the day of the event, Entertainment Unlimited is onsite the entire time. We manage the act’s arrival, set up the staging, backline, and lighting, and make sure that the performer has everything they need for the day. We’ll run errands and help them with any loose ends.
